These Terms of Use govern the purchase, activation, renewal, and use of the GOAT Card, including access to privileges, discounts, benefits, and special offers provided by participating GOAT Card partners.

By purchasing, activating, accessing, or using a GOAT Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.

1. GOAT Card Membership

GOAT Card is a personal digital membership that provides access to privileges, discounts, benefits, special offers, and other opportunities offered by participating GOAT Card partners.

Available membership periods may include:

  • 1 Month

  • 3 Months

  • 1 Year

Each GOAT Card is issued to an individual registered cardholder and includes a personal card number and a QR code used for membership verification.

The GOAT Card is a digital membership and is not a physical payment card, bank card, credit card, or stored-value card.

2. Activation and Membership Period

  • The GOAT Card membership becomes active from the moment successful payment is confirmed.

  • The membership remains valid for the period selected and purchased by the user: 1 Month, 3 Months, or 1 Year.

  • The membership expiration date is calculated based on the activation date and the purchased membership period.

  • An expired, suspended, cancelled, or otherwise inactive GOAT Card cannot be used to receive partner privileges.

3. Digital Card and QR Code

  • After successful payment confirmation, the user's digital GOAT Card and QR code are generated and made available through the user's personal account.

  • The QR code is linked to the user's personal membership and may include security and verification mechanisms designed to prevent unauthorized use, copying, sharing, or misuse.

  • The user is responsible for protecting access to their account, GOAT Card number, and QR code.

4. Using the GOAT Card

  • To receive an applicable privilege, the cardholder must present their active GOAT Card or QR code to the participating partner when requested.

  • The participating partner may scan or otherwise verify the QR code and may view information necessary to confirm the user's identity and membership eligibility, including the cardholder's name, GOAT Card number, membership status, and expiration date.

  • The participating partner may request additional identification where reasonably necessary to confirm that the person presenting the GOAT Card is the registered cardholder.

  • Unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific participating partner, an active GOAT Card may be used multiple times during its valid membership period.

  • Any partner-specific frequency limits, usage limits, exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or other conditions will be stated in the applicable partner offer or partner page.

5. Personal Use and Device Restrictions

  • The GOAT Card is personal and may only be used by the registered cardholder.

  • Sharing, transferring, selling, lending, reproducing, or otherwise providing the GOAT Card, QR code, card number, account access, or membership privileges to another person is prohibited.

  • A GOAT Card may not be used simultaneously or maintained for active use on multiple devices where such use would bypass or interfere with GOAT Card's security and verification mechanisms.

  • Attempts to duplicate, manipulate, reproduce, modify, or fraudulently use a GOAT Card or QR code are prohibited.

  • The cardholder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account and digital GOAT Card.

6. Partner Privileges and Conditions

Each participating partner independently determines the privilege, discount, benefit, or special offer available to GOAT Card members.

Partner-specific conditions may determine:

  • the amount or percentage of the discount;

  • which products or services are eligible;

  • whether a discount applies to the entire bill, only to the cardholder's portion, or to specified products or services;

  • minimum purchase requirements;

  • maximum discount amounts;

  • usage frequency or quantity limits;

  • excluded products, services, dates, times, locations, or categories;

  • whether the privilege may be combined with another promotion, discount, loyalty program, or special offer;

  • any other conditions applicable to the specific partner privilege.

The applicable conditions should be reviewed on the relevant partner page before using a privilege.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the participating partner, GOAT Card privileges cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, loyalty programs, or special offers.

7. Changes to Partner Privileges

Participating partners may change the amount, percentage, type, conditions, exclusions, availability, or other terms of their GOAT Card privileges.

For example, a partner may change the percentage of a discount or modify the products or services to which the privilege applies.

The current privilege and applicable conditions displayed on the relevant partner page at the time of use will apply.

GOAT Card does not guarantee that a specific privilege, discount percentage, or partner condition will remain unchanged throughout the user's membership period.

8. Participating Partner Network

The GOAT Card partner network is dynamic and may change over time.

Participating partners may join or leave the GOAT Card network, and individual partner locations, privileges, discounts, offers, and conditions may be added, removed, or changed.

GOAT Card does not guarantee a specific number of participating partners, specific businesses, specific categories, or specific privileges during the entire membership period.

The current list of participating partners and available privileges is displayed through the official GOAT Card website and other official GOAT Card Services.

9. International Use

GOAT Card is an international membership platform.

An active GOAT Card may be used with participating GOAT Card partners in supported countries and cities, regardless of the country or region in which the membership was originally purchased, subject to the terms and availability of each individual partner privilege.

The countries, cities, locations, and other geographic conditions applicable to a specific privilege may be displayed on the relevant partner page.

10. Partner Refusal and Complaints

If a participating partner refuses to provide a privilege that is displayed as available to an eligible GOAT Card member, the user may contact GOAT Card for assistance.

GOAT Card may review the circumstances with the participating partner and determine whether the refusal resulted from a technical issue, misunderstanding, eligibility condition, partner-specific restriction, or violation of GOAT Card partner requirements.

If a participating partner repeatedly fails to provide valid published GOAT Card privileges without a legitimate reason and the issue is not caused by a technical error or other reasonable circumstance, GOAT Card may remove that partner from the GOAT Card network.

11. Violations and Misuse

If GOAT Card identifies or reasonably suspects unauthorized sharing, fraudulent use, misuse, manipulation, duplication, or another violation of these Terms of Use, GOAT Card may notify or warn the cardholder.

If the violation continues or is repeated after a warning, GOAT Card may restrict access to, suspend, or cancel the GOAT Card membership, subject to applicable law.

GOAT Card may take immediate protective action where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized access, security threats, or significant misuse of the Services.

Suspension or cancellation resulting from a user's violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

12. Membership Renewal

GOAT Card memberships do not automatically renew.

Each membership purchase is a one-time transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

A user may purchase an additional membership period to extend an existing GOAT Card.

If an additional membership period is purchased while the existing GOAT Card is still active, the newly purchased period is added to the existing expiration date.

The user's existing GOAT Card number may continue to be used following a successful renewal or extension.

13. Membership Prices

GOAT Card membership prices may vary depending on the country, region, currency, membership period, market conditions, promotional campaigns, or other commercial factors.

GOAT Card may change membership prices for future purchases or renewals.

A price change does not affect a membership period that has already been successfully purchased and paid for.

The price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction, subject to any applicable taxes, payment requirements, or other charges disclosed before payment.

14. Account Closure or Deletion

Closing, deleting, or otherwise discontinuing access to a user's online account does not automatically cancel an already paid and active GOAT Card membership.

An already purchased membership may remain valid until its stated expiration date, subject to these Terms of Use and any technical requirements necessary to access or verify the digital GOAT Card.

If a user loses access to their account while an active membership remains valid, the user may contact GOAT Card at info@goat-card.com for assistance with membership verification or account access.

15. Refunds and Cancellation

GOAT Card is a digital membership service.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in the GOAT Card Refund Policy, payments for an activated GOAT Card membership are non-refundable.

Membership cancellation, suspension, account closure, failure to use available privileges, changes in participating partners, or changes to individual partner privileges do not automatically create a right to a refund, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in the Refund Policy.

Refund eligibility and applicable procedures are governed by the official GOAT Card Refund Policy.

16. Personal Data and Membership Verification

GOAT Card processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

When a GOAT Card is presented, scanned, or verified by a participating partner, certain membership information may be displayed to the partner where necessary to verify the cardholder and membership eligibility.

This information may include the cardholder's name, GOAT Card number, membership status, expiration date, and other information reasonably necessary for membership verification.

GOAT Card may maintain records relating to membership verification and use, including the participating partner, cardholder information, GOAT Card number, date and time of use, membership status, expiration information, and information associated with the use of a partner privilege.

17. Technical Availability

GOAT Card aims to provide reliable access to digital membership cards, QR verification, partner information, account functionality, and other Services.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, internet connectivity, third-party services, payment systems, hosting providers, technical failures, security measures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

GOAT Card may temporarily suspend or restrict certain functionality where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, fraud prevention, technical updates, or protection of the Services.

A temporary technical interruption does not automatically extend the membership period or create a right to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

18. Independent Participating Partners

Participating GOAT Card partners are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, branches, or representatives of GOAT Card unless expressly stated otherwise.

GOAT Card provides access to membership privileges but does not directly provide, manufacture, sell, or control the independent products or services offered by participating partners.

Participating partners remain responsible for their own products, services, pricing, safety, quality, availability, customer service, and compliance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that a user may have directly against a participating partner under applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

GOAT Card may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, partner network, technology, business operations, security requirements, or applicable law.

The revised Terms of Use will be published through the official GOAT Card website with an updated revision date.

Where required by applicable law, GOAT Card will provide additional notice of material changes.

Changes to these Terms will not retroactively alter the price or membership period of a GOAT Card that has already been successfully purchased, except where required by applicable law.
